Water resources assessment project for Kwale International Sugar Company project; water sampling of Ramisi River in Kwale County at Eshu Bridge for lab analysis.

Monitoring of both groundwater and surface water resources from the available water points, boreholes, surface water bodies, geological and hydrogeological settings, etc. for purposes of qualitatively determining exploitable water resources in a given area or for purposes of pre-determining any precautionary measures/ remedies (if any) needed when one intends to exploit or invest on the available water resources.

For instance; failure by project stakeholders/overseers to consider water quality aspects in some regions, some boreholes have been abandoned immediately after drilling due to their very poor water quality caused by geological/hydrogeological settings.

This leads to great losses.
